Ang dating Coinbase Legal Exec Lempres ay sumali sa Silvergate Capital bilang Chairman
Si Lempres ang pumalit kay Dennis Frank, na nagsilbi bilang chairman mula noong 1996.
Si Michael Lempres, ang dating chief legal executive sa Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN), ay sumali sa Silvergate Capital (NYSE: SI) bilang chairman.
- Si Lempres ang pumalit kay Dennis Frank, na nagsilbi bilang chairman ng Silvergate mula noong 1996, sinabi ng tagapagpahiram noong Martes.
- Bago sumali sa Silvergate, hinawakan ni Lempres ang posisyon ng executive sa paninirahan sa venture capital firm na Andreessen Horowitz. Siya ang punong legal at risk officer ng Coinbase at senior attorney sa Silicon Valley Bank.
- Hinirang din ng Silvergate Capital si Aanchal Gupta sa board of directors nito at sa board ng subsidiary ng Silvergate Bank nito.
