Rebecca Liao is the founder and CEO of Saga, the Layer 1 blockchain built for launching Layer 1s. Her career encompasses technology, Web3, and politics, including advisory roles on tech and foreign policy for both Joe Biden’s and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaigns.
