Samson Enzer

Samson A. Enzer is a partner at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and the founder and co-chair of CahillNXT, the Cahill firm’s globally recognized digital assets and emerging technology practice, where he currently represents crypto exchanges and other market participants in civil, criminal and regulatory matters, including in regulatory enforcement proceedings by the Department of Justice, Securities Exchange Commission, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Before joining Cahill, Mr. Enzer was a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York, where he prosecuted several high-profile crypto securities fraud and money laundering cases.
