La plateforme NFT Hodl rachète la société de crypto-commerce CoinLinked
HODL Assets poursuit ses efforts pour obtenir un financement afin de financer l’expansion de ses opérations.
Hodl Assets, une place de marché pour les jetons non fongibles (NFT), a acquis la société de crypto-commerce CoinLinked pour un montant non divulgué.

- Hodl a déclaré qu'il achetait CoinLinked pour « rationaliser le processus de crypto-commerce » et intégrer les aspects sociaux de la plateforme dans sa Technologies actuelle.
- Jenny Ta, fondatrice et PDG de CoinLinked, rejoindra l'équipe Hodl en tant que cofondatrice et directrice de l'exploitation.
- Ta sera chargé de créer des partenariats et d'ajouter des fonctionnalités clés à sa Technologies actuelle alors que les deux se préparent à introduire la plate-forme NFT de Hodl.
- L’entreprise étend également ses opérations à Durban, en Afrique du Sud, et aux États-Unis.
- Hodl poursuit actuellement ses démarches pour obtenir des financements et être prochainement racheté par une société d'acquisition à vocation spécifique (SPAC), a déclaré Vladimir Schutz, PDG de Hodl. « Nous sommes actuellement en discussion sur plusieurs accords potentiels de SPAC », a-t-il ajouté.
