Ang Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) sabi sa Martes, aalis sa ahensya si Director James McDonald ng Division of Enforcement sa Huwebes, Okt. 8. Nagsilbi si McDonald bilang direktor ng Pagpapatupad mula noong Abril 2017.
