Houman Shadab

Houman B Shadab is a Professor of Law at New York Law School and a Director of its Center for Business and Financial Law. He is a prolific and influential expert in financial law and regulation whose research focuses on financial technology and blockchains. Professor Shadab often advises corporations, financial institutions, and startups, and has testified before the federal government several times, including before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on bitcoin derivatives.
