Shirin Emami

Shirin Emami is the Executive Deputy Superintendent of Banks at the New York State Department of Financial Services. As such, she oversees three divisions of Banking within the Department: Community and Regional Banks; Foreign and Wholesale Banks; and Licensed Financial Services.
