About NuNet
NuNet (NTX) is a cryptocurrency and technology project aimed at decentralising and optimising the global computing infrastructure. It enables individuals to share and monetise their computing resources, such as storage, processing power, and data. Originating from SingularityNET and launched on the SingularityDAO Launchpad, NuNet integrates various computing resources into a comprehensive meta-marketplace, contributing to the fields of decentralised computing and blockchain technology.
NuNet (NTX) is a cryptocurrency and technological initiative aiming to create a decentralised, scalable network of individually owned hardware devices, IoT infrastructures, and data centres. This network enables the efficient distribution of diverse computational processes across its ecosystem. NuNet serves as an interoperability framework, addressing the fragmentation and oligopolistic nature of the global computing ecosystem, which is currently dominated by large infrastructure providers. The project integrates various marketplaces for computing resources into a unified, accessible ecosystem, utilising advancements in micropayment ecosystems, distributed computing, and blockchain technologies.
The platform allows users to share and monetise their storage, computing capacities, algorithms, code, data, as well as human and machine intelligence on a large scale. NuNet is the second project to spin-off from SingularityNET and was the first to launch from the SingularityDAO Launchpad.
NuNet's primary function is to power decentralised computing marketplaces by integrating computing and storage resources into a singular meta-marketplace. Achieved through an API of APIs, multi-token micropayment adaptors, and specialised network operations agents, the platform enables anyone to contribute their computing resources and monetise these contributions.
NuNet's use case centres around creating a more efficient and decentralised computing ecosystem. It aims to utilise underutilised computational resources at the edge of networks, providing optimised computing power for a range of applications, thereby enhancing the field of decentralised networks and applications.
